Postage and Packaging
All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house team. We do our best to ship your purchase as soon as your payment has cleared. Normally all parcels would be delivered within 48 hours(Monday to Saturday).

We offer 10 to 30 day air mail shipping (though this can often be a lot quicker) and a competitively priced FedEx/UPS 3-5 day service

For high value products, we may require verification of address before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.

FedEx/UPS Coverage
We reserve the right to use an alternative express courier service in the event that FedEx/UPS does not cover your area.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

Faulty Products or Missing Parts
We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods and aim to resolve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

We promise 100% money back if items are broken before arrival. And all you need to do is sending us the clear pictures taken by a DSC to show they are broken.

If goods arrive defective you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to contact us. Items must be returned in unused condition. and customer is responsible for return shipping costs, however, we are happy to reimburse your postage costs on verification of the fault.

In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day you receive the product.
